Chuck Holliday retired from teaching in 1996 and soon launched a new career in rustic wood creations.   A life-long love of the outdoors and the western lifestyle led him to begin experimenting with twisted juniper. He feels that each piece of wood already has a design in it... it is just his job to enhance it. He also enjoys working with reclaimed wood such as barnwood, old fenceposts and other objects with a story.   Chuck is well known for his philanthropic spirit, donating beds and benches to local high school programs, his church and other programs that he cares deeply about.
